GoTeens: Formation Internationale pour les animateur·rice·s 

Formation Internationale pour les animateur·rice·s des chantiers ado.

Du 16 au 21 mai 2022, 14 animateur·rice·s venu·e·s de France, de Grèce, d’Espagne, d’Italie, d’Estonie, du Japon, de l’Inde, et du Canada ont participer à une formation au Centre de Beaumotte dans le cadre de Go TEENs.

Go TEENs c'est quoi ? C'est un projet européen (Go with Teenagers' Engagement and Empowerment through Networking), financé par Erasmus+, qui a pour objectif de développer les chantiers pour les adolescents dans les organisations partenaires (France, Espagne, Estonie, Italie, Grèce, Japon, Inde et Canada) grâce à la formation d'animateurs. Grâce à ce projet, les organisations de volontariat auront davantage les capacités pour organiser des chantiers pour adolescents.

Durant cette semaine de formation enrichissante et créative, les participant‧e‧s ont pu développer leurs compétences sur la pédagogie autour des adolescents et sur les méthodes de l’animation de chantiers. Jeux collectifs, débats, moments de réflexion et de partage, différents outils et méthodes ont été utilisés pour préparer les animateur‧rice‧s à animer un chantier à l’international cet été. 

En effet, la prochaine étape de ce projet sera l’animation de chantiers pour adolescents dans les différents pays partenaires de Go TEENs. Les animateur·rice·s partiront à l’étranger pour mettre en pratique leurs connaissances auprès de jeunes internationaux. Toutes ces expériences serviront ensuite à l’élaboration du toolkit, boite à outils qui servira aux organisations dans la mise en place de nouveaux chantiers pour adolescents.

Training «International Training Course for campleaders»

From 16th to 21st May 2022, 14 leaders from France, Greece, Spain, Italy, Estonia, Japan, India, and Canada participated in a training session at the Centre de Beaumotte as part of Go TEENs.

What is Go TEENs? It is a European project (Go with Teenagers' Engagement and Empowerment through Networking), funded by Erasmus+, which aims to develop workcamps for teenagers in partner organisations (France, Spain, Estonia, Italy, Greece, Japan, India and Canada) through the training of leaders. Thanks to this project, IVS organisations will have more capacity to organise workcamps for teenagers.
 

During this training, which was enriching and full of creativity, the participants were able to develop their skills on pedagogy around teenagers and on the methods of workcamp animation. Collective games, debates, moments of reflection and sharing, different tools and methods were used to prepare the leaders to lead an international workcamp this summer.

Indeed, the next step of this project will be the animation of workcamps for teenagers in the different partner countries of Go TEENs. The leaders will go abroad to put their knowledge into practice with international youth. All these experiences will then be used to develop the toolkit, which will be used by organisations to set up new workcamps for teenagers.
