Travail

Theme: Creation of green villages for ecological tourism in a community forest The objective is to develop part of the community forest into a small green village with the notion of Permaculture. A place for livestock, agroforestry and market gardening without toxic products. An ecological village where the population is sensitized to give good examples to other villages in terms of land management. A tourist village, for the education of children and for visits by national and international students and trainees for their capacity-building in the area of good land, forest and water management. A village to produce a good alimantation. It should be noted that the community forest of AGOU NYOGBO SUD had benefited from funding from the European Union for its creation and with income-generating activities (poultry farming, small ruminants and bees; processing machines; water retention for off-season gardening). Work to be done: Raise awareness of what ecological tourism is through good land, forest and water management. Raise awareness of the harms of open defecation Street tracing and tourist circuits then reforestation in wood energy Spatial planning (creation of green spaces) Identification and reforestation of water banks  Gardening and livestock activities

Emplacement & temps libre

Location Agou Nyogbo south is a village located 5 km from AGOU GADZEPE, capital of the prefecture of Agou which is about 20 km southeast of the large tourist city of Kpalimé where we find banks and others. The city is best known for its mount, the highest point in Togo. It offers the possibility of making pretty walks that cross small villages perched on the mountain. The land is fertile and many vegetable crops are exploited in the region. In Agou Nyobo south there is the hospital Allemant BETHESDA, primary schools and colleges. The village is one of the partner villages of the NGO FAGAD for the realization of an important PROJECT funded by the EU in the field of the fight against climate change.
