You are a creative and innovative young person capable of developing a program of leisure and free time activities aimed at children and young people from Villarejo de Salvanés, a town in the Southeast of Madrid Region. Your volunteering will promote healthy leisure in children, having fun and learning with the different activities that you will plan together.
Some reasons to participate in our camp
“Villarejo Educates” includes volunteering for young people from 18 to 30 years old, from different parts of Spain and other countries. The volunteers will work with children and young people from the town and will carry out a parallel program to improve their socio-educational skills, while learning about the history and heritage of Villarejo de Salvanés, becoming its ambassadors in their own towns.
During 15 days, you will enjoy very special holidays, and will meet people from other regions and countries.

- IMPORTANT: In order to participate in this camp, volunteers must provide a negative certificate of sexual offenses.
Remarques
A day at the volunteer camp (Schedule)
In general, the technical tasks of the camp will be carried out in the morning, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. In the afternoon there will be leisure and free time activities: swimming pool, workshops, sports, etc.
Generic Schedule:
- 08:00 – Good morning
- 08:30 – Breakfast
- 09:00 – Technical work
- 11:00 – Half hour break to eat a snack
- 11:30 – 13:30: Technical work and collecting materials
- 14:00 – Lunch
- 15:00 – Rest break
- 17:00 – Leisure and free time activities
- 20:30 – Dinner
- 21:30 – Night activities
- 23:45 – Good night
Things to Bring
Comfortable sports clothing and footwear, T-shirts, swimsuit, shorts, a cap, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, towel and cleaning supplies. No need to bring a sleeping bag. There are bed sheets at the hostal.
Insurance
The managing entity of the volunteer camp has civil liability and accident insurance.
