Mission: "Unlock potential - make dreams come true" for children with special educational needs, helping them conquer barriers and enhance their strengths for foundational development.
Vision: Become the role model center for special education in Vietnam and approach other international movements of the major. Every child is special and unique, interventional programs are required to be personalized based on their capabilities and needs.

Volunteers should :
- Love working with children

- Be proactive and creative
The minimum duration is 2 weeks and the amount of the participation fee is 400€ for 2 weeks. Each additional week is 100€ more.
The volunteer is expected to help the children with: (1) their scheduled exercises; (2) motor skills & physical activities; (3) take care of and play with them; (4) feed, and take them to toilet if needed; etc. In each class, there is 1 form teacher in charge and 1 support staff / teacher when needed.
To be more precise, there are some tasks the volunteers and interns could support such as:
-Help manage children.
-Caring for and playing with them, preventing
-them from hurting each other or self-hurt if any...
-Teach them drawing, painting, making toys, etc. ·
-Organize physical and/ or mindfulness activities ·
-Instruct them to do new exercises
-Help feed the children, clean classrooms when needed
-Help prepare teaching materials.
-Take part in other activities of the center on special occasion such as Children’s Day, Anniversary of the center, Teachers’ Day…
-Share with staff/ teachers’ skills to work with disabled kids (volunteers who have clinical
background or related experiences)
-Giving new ideas/initiatives... when appropriate ·
-Networking and fundraising.
Working hours : Morning: 9:00 – 11:30 Afternoon: 14:00 – 16:00
Volunteers will stay in a shared house/apartment for the volunteers. They will share their meals and the food will be provided by the hosting organisation.
Khanh Tam Center 1 is around 7km away from the Volunteer house.

Khanh Tam Center 2 is around 3km away from the Volunteer house.
Address of Khanh Tam 2: Building G9, B2 Thang Long International Village, Tran Dang Ninh Street, Cau Giay District.
There is around 30 minutes - 1 hour on foot and 01 bus.
The volunteers will need to pay the local transportation by themselves.
Volunteers are free on week-ends wan they can travel and explore Vietnam alone or together with the other volunteers.
