Chiang Mai Rajabhat University , Mae Hong Son College is one campus of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University in Mar Hong Son province. There are about 500 university students which ethic group priority. Mae Hong Son is the border province in the north of Thailand next to Maynmar, about 300,000 population in 12,681.259 Sq.km. which is very less density. Surrounded by high mountain area.

Travail

Volunteers will work as English teacher assistant, preparing lessons or English Camp with the professor in the university. The students age between 17-22 years old. Creative teaching English – Non-formal education tools can be used for creative teaching; volunteer is not required teaching certificate but required to be creative. Volunteer would use Non-formal education tools to make activities based on Intercultural and language such as the games, songs, storytelling, and dancing. Also, it should focus on communication; listening and speaking. In addition volunteer can create theirs national club, for example, German club, Korean club to exchange with students in Language and culture.

Logement & nourriture

At school’s accommodation with Thai teacher. 1-2 Volunteers per room with shared bathroom. There are common area and kitchen Lunch will be provided at school canteen. Volunteer will cook breakfast and supper. Internet wifi is available at the school.
