Emplacement & temps libre

San José is the capital of the Republic of Costa Rica and the capital of the province of the same name. Located in the center of the country, specifically on the intervolcanic plateau called Central Valley, and contained entirely by the canton of the same name. Its metropolitan area with approximately 3 million inhabitants makes San José the most important political, economic and social center of Costa Rican territory, as well as the main hub for transport and telecommunications. Culturally it can be considered almost in its totality with European influence that gave it Spanish and Italian immigration from its colonization, an influence also imported from France and Belgium, where it generally studied the privileged class of the country in the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century. This can be seen in the distribution of the city that grew around the current cathedral and later in the architecture of it. The host family is located close to the center of San Jose, in which you can find all the basic services (Banks, Supermarkts, Restaurants, Gyms).
