Participants and leaders are insured against illness, accident, third party liability and death. European participants must bring their European Health Card.
The aims of this Youth Exchange are to address the following objectives:
● Understanding environmental issues and climate change
● Raising awareness of one's own ecological footprint and learning tips in order to reduce it
● Sharing good practices about reusing and recycling
● Planning environmental actions using digital and non-digital tools
Methodology: Non formal Education, role playing, game, reflections, simulations, work in groups, etc.
Working hours are around 6-7 per day and all leaders and participants are required to take active role in all activities and in the daily tasks.
Accommodation will be in a house run by the Caritas Centre, equipped with bunk beds, bathroom and kitchen.
Participants will share a room in groups of 4-6, depending on gender.
Food shopping will be provided and meals will be prepared by participants working in shifts with the support of a leader. National meals will be prepared as well by participants and leaders. Food will be organized by taking care of special diet and needs.
Wi-Fi is available in the flat.
Participants will help in arranging the table, tidy up bedrooms, cleaning dishes, cleaning toilets and common space divided in group and following shifts.
During this Youth Exchange, you will have time to discover the surroundings with your team and get to know Italian culture better.
