Peace Village, InterCultural and Language Learning Center are:- A camp accommodation and kitchen which available for Mid-Long Term volunteers and Short
term volunteers
-VSA Office
-VSA Education class for local students
-Organic Farm where we harvest volunteers food.
-ICL camp, the place for big camp group from local schools.
-Resting place with nature in countryside
So this place need to volunteer to renovation, improve and necessity deportment for any purpose
hole year long. As we are living as community, here is the place where volunteers spend most of time
together and live as the second home in Thailand.
-Renew such as painting and repairing, etc.
-Office support, document, website, etc.
-Organic farm, we plant and grow organic vegetable in the center.
-Teaching on Saturday as ICL camp for local students
-Exchanging with big camp group from local schools.
-Environmental friendly, recycle garbage, making our own organic living stuff such liquid
detergent.
-Relationship with the village; there are many volunteer activities in the village and local
community, we always give them a hand such as cleaning in the village, temple and school,
temple ceremony.
Location Peace Village, Kok Muang, Khlonghoikhong, Songkhla.
20 kms in countryside from Hat Yai city.
Accommodation and food Volunteers stay at Peace Village, the InterCutual and language Learning
Center in Songkhla. Volunteers will stay at the open air dormitory. Mattress and mosquitoes net are
provided. Volunteers take turn to cook Thai food, you are expected to bring your ingredients from
your hometown for cultural exchange.
Fee 12,000 Bath per month for 3 months and minus 2,000 Bath per month after 4th months.
