The Brigada de Voluntarios Bolivarianos del Perú (BVBP), it is a national organization conformed by young people.It develops their job in Perù. It was created on November 23th,1982 As one of the conclusions of II Mayors' meeting of the Countries Bolivarianos,(Venezuela,Colombia,Ecuador,Bolivia y Perù) Registered like a preparatory To the celebration of the Birth of the Liberator of Amèrica Simón Bolivar. Our national headquarters is located in the city of Lima, and now have branches in provinces of much of our country.

VISION:

To work with and for young people by implementing Voluntary Service Activities with international focus, aiming at social cohesion and solidarity.

MISSION:

We work for change and social development, leadership and personal and social development of young people, their integration and participation in the decision-making on youth policies for social change.

OBJECTIVES:

* To train youth leaders.
* To deliver services to the community as an answer by young people to the problems they are faced with and affected.
* To foster youth work as well as the integration of the youth sector in Peru.
* To promote active citizenship and a sense of responsibility among our members.


Activities that we realise

* Training about integral leadership, personal development, and political participation between others.
* Campaigns of health, sexuality, ecology, environment, education and prevention of drugs consume.
* Generation of juvenile micro-companies.
* Studies of social reality of young people specially in Peru and Latinoamerica.
* Social activities: we visit hospitals, orphanages, retirements home, children with AIDS, and we support charity institutions etc.
* Cultural activities: Artistic exhibition, we visit museums, theatres, etc.
* Programs for exchange with anothers Youth organization volunteers national and international.
* Recesses like go camping, walks and tourism.


The Bolivian Brigade Volunteers of Peru gets group of volunteers whose feel identify with the kind of thinking of liberator of America Simon Bolivar.

We are working since 1982 in order to get a successful organization conformed by young people and gives service to our society through the volunteers, solidarity it is one of our main values and also the intellectual training, moral. We look help for another organization in order to increase our projects and have a better society in our country and Latin-American.
